Return Policy

East Ridge Outfitters accepts returns on most merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt / purchase order. All returns must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. No exceptions. Items returned to us in used or other condition will be returned back to you. Items returned after the 30 days return window has expired will be refused. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable. We do not currently offer free or discounted return shipping. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of your return, if not earlier.

Gift certificates are not refundable. Like cash, gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS, SALES ON TECHNICAL CLIMBING EQUIPMENT ARE FINAL
Climbing equipment includes, but is not limited to, ropes, harnesses, bouldering pads, slings, anchors, carabiners, belay devices, quickdraws, and all trad gear. Rock climbing footwear may be returned in brand new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Please make sure you are entirely satisfied with your climbing gear selection before purchase. If there is a concern regarding a possible manufacturer’s defect, please contact us immediately and we will work with the manufacturer to have the concern resolved as quickly as possible.

NO EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept web orders for exchange. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your eligible item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Refunds are processed promptly and placing the new order now just ensures that you’ll get it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
If you would like to make a return on an eligible item, please send an email to sales@eastridgeoutfitters.com with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization number. This allows faster processing and quicker refunds. Your return will not be accepted back into the shop without the RA# written on the outside of the package! Please use a return ship method best suited to you and choose a carrier that will provide you tracking information and insurance. We cannot be responsible for your return until it is received at our shop.
